Yosra is a highly skilled corporate trainer & facilitator with more than 23 years’ training delivery experience, and in addition to hands-on experience in the entire training and L& D functions, including needs assessment, developing content, designing & delivering training programs and workshops, in addition to managing training programs & has proven ability to conduct assessment & development centers.
Delivered training to various nationalities & cultural backgrounds in the Middle East &Africa (Egypt, Lebanon, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Kuwait) with an ongoing passion for learning and development. I have acquired the following certificates:
