About me
Dr. Maged Ghoneima is an angel investor, professor, and ecosystem builder. Through M Empire Angels, he has invested in more than 200 startups across over 30 countries.
He is the Founder and General Partner of M Empire Angels, and Chairman of Startup Egypt, a community he founded to help entrepreneurs grow through access to networks, mentorship, programs, partnerships, and real ecosystem support.
A scholar with a PhD from NorthwesternUniversity and industry experience at Intel and NVIDIA, Maged is also a Professor of Mechatronics at Ain Shams University. There, he founded the ASU Innovation Hub, creating a university-based platform to support students, researchers, and entrepreneurs in turning ideas, research, and technologies into real ventures and innovation-driven impact
