About me
Khaled Alaa is the Head of Operations and User Experience at Talabat Egypt, bringing more than 18 years of experience across e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, and technology-driven businesses. In his current role, he leads operations, customer and vendor experience, compliance, and business transformation initiatives focused on driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Prior to Talabat, Khaled held leadership positions at Jumia and MaxAB, where he played key roles in scaling operations, improving customer journeys, and building high-performing teams. He is also a founding board member of the Customer Experience Egyptian Association (CXEGA), contributing to the advancement of customer experience practices across Egypt.
