Haitham Gheita is a Sport Mental Coach and founder of HG Mental Academy. Holding a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from Spain and multiple international certifications in sports psychology and life coaching, he has delivered over 5,000 hours of one-to-one coaching and worked with 500+ athletes across 33 sports worldwide. He has supported Olympians, national teams, and top-ranked players including Nouran Gohar, Hana Goda, and Nada Hafez. A former professional footballer and team captain, Haitham combines firsthand athletic experience with deep expertise in sport psychology to help athletes perform at their best.
