Head of Product at Robusta Studio, where I lead product strategy and delivery across digital transformation projects and help build the capabilities of the product managers on my team.
My work sits at the intersection of three things: shaping product direction that connects business goals to real user needs, running delivery in a way that actually ships, and growing people. I care as much about the systems and fundamentals behind a product — architecture, scalability, UX principles — as I do about the roadmap, because that's what separates a product that works from one that just launches.
