In this workshop, we move past the hype cycle to examine the operational reality of AI deployment. Our team has spent the last few years in the trenches, documenting what happens when high-powered models encounter the "beautiful mess" of real-world usage: noisy data, legacy infrastructure, and the unpredictable nature of human interaction.
